About d’bands: Sexy Smooth Rock n Groove. One of the most captivating female vocalists emerging from the Annapolis area! Combining new school funk, soul, and pop in a rich amalgam of heartfelt and original material that has drawn comparisons to Joss Stone, Janis, Maroon 5, Supreme Beings of Leisure, and Edie Brickell, Sweet Leda has taken the local music scene by storm with it's "sexy smooth rock and groove! Video of Sweet Leda Rock'n it at Rams Head LIVE! in Baltimore: WHO IS THE Baltimore's own, Mixed Business Trio plays an eclectic mix of rock, country, folk, indie, blues, americana, island rock & jazz. Tight vocal harmonies with acoustic and electric guitars, upright and electric bass, mandolins, banjos, steel drums and percussion push the limits of what you thought a trio could sound like... ESPECIALLY NOW, considering we have the virtuosic skills Justin Cody with us on piano and squeeze box AND Brian Bolly on drums! So, the Trio is now a 5-piece music machine. The band has been around the back yard, as well as the country, this past year and is looking forward to the release of their first full-length original album planned for spring 2010.
